The Deputy Sheriff’s Foundation announced that PureForge Brakes will act as Title Sponsor  for the 2013 Save the Bacon Ride, which benefits wounded San Diego deputies.

PureForge Brakes  is located in Poway and outfits law enforcement motorcycles and cars with the safest brakes that do not fade and do not wear, while providing lower brake maintenance costs. With PureForge® brake solutions, you have the safest and best performing brake technology.

In 2006, long-time business colleagues and friends Nathan K. Meckel and Douglas F. Wall realized they could revolutionize the way vehicles stop, creating braking systems that are significantly safer, stronger and longer lasting than anything on the market. Combining Meckel’s background in surface-coating technologies and Wall’s expertise in business and finance, they launched PureForge®. The company established a facility for production, testing, and research and development and brought these brakes to the market with the most punishing conditions – police motorcycle fleets – in 2011. Today PureForge provides government and commercial fleets with the highest-quality braking systems that resist wear, stop shorter, maximize performance and safety, and minimize toxic brake dust. Through the company’s “We Brake for Life™” commitment, PureForge makes the world a healthier and safer place.
